  • Our products are designed to be gentle and effective for all skin types, including sensitive, dry, oily, and combination skin. Each formula is crafted with plant-based ingredients that work harmoniously with your skin’s natural balance.

  • We cannot consider ourselves cruelty, because we do use goat's milk in some of our soaps for the nutrients and vitamins it provides to the skin. However, we do not test our products on animals, and we are currently search for a local goat farm that treats their goats humanely.

  • No, we never use synthetic fragrances. Our products are naturally scented with essential oils and botanical extracts, ensuring a gentle and pleasant experience without the use of artificial chemicals.

  • At Desert Bloom Soap Co, we avoid harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic dyes, and artificial fragrances. We prioritize clean, plant-based ingredients that are both safe and effective.

  • For our body butters, to maintain the freshness and efficacy of our products, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. For our soaps, you want to be sure to use a soap deck that allows your soap to completely dry in between use so the soap bars last longer.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any returns. We only offer our body butters during the cooler months, however, if your body butter melts, it is still usable. You can place the body butter in the fridge and when applying the body butter your skin will warm and melt it right on. If you receive a damaged package, please reach out to us immediately with pictures of the original package and what the items look like.

  • We are always exploring new ways to reduce our environmental impact. Our packaging is made from recyclable materials, minus our packing tape. We are looking to update our packaging tape to recyclable tape as well as we grow.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.
